Practical summary

The seminar will be held 8 - 12 September 2025 in Pavlov, Hotel Iris, Czechia If you intend to participate in the seminar, please, register as soon as possible by filling out the registration form. This essentially helps organizers to communicate with the participants and to prepare high-quality program. Because the conference budget is funded solely by conference fees, all participants are kindly requested to pay the conference fee at their earliest convenience.

DMSRE participants (including full board):

Regular conference fee: 7000 CZK
Student conference fee: 6300 CZK (for students and PhD. students)
covers costs for Book of abstracts, publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, full board, banquet, refreshments, social program and organization expenses.

Boarding starts on Monday, 8 September 2025, with dinner and ends on Friday, 12 September 2025, with lunch.

Student conference fee: 4000 CZK (for students and PhD. students)
covers costs for Book of abstracts, publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, refreshments (coffee breaks), banquet, social program and organization expenses.

DMSRE online video presentation:

Online conference fee: 4000 CZK covers costs for Book of abstracts (on-line available), publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, and organization expenses.

DMSRE accompanying person:

Reduced conference fee: 3400 CZK covers full board and banquet.

The hotel IRIS provides accommodation in single and double rooms with toilet, bathroom, TV and wifi.

1150 CZK/person per night in double room, hotel IRIS
1450 CZK per night in single room, hotel IRIS (number of single rooms is limited)

Abstracts of all presented contributions (only one page per contribution) will be published in english in the printed Book of Abstracts. Please, send us your abstracts via conference webpage. The time for keynote lecture is 35 minutes and for oral contributions 20 minutes, both including the time for discussion. English, Czech, Slovak. Those who wish to present a contribution are asked to submit the contribution to the Proceedings in English. Fellow Proceedings link.
