Time and location
The seminar will be held from September 9 to September 13, 2024 in
the High Tatras, Hotel RYSY
in Tatranská Štrba, Slovakia.
Registration
If you intend to participate in the seminar, please,
register
as soon as possible by filling out the
registration form. This essentially helps
organizers to communicate with the participants and to prepare high-quality
program.
Conference Fee
Because the conference budget is funded solely by conference fees, all
participants are kindly requested to pay the conference fee at their earliest
convenience.Regular conference fee: 240,- EUR (210,- EUR for students and PhD. students) covers costs for Book of abstracts, publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, refreshments, social program and organization expenses.

Accommodation and Board
The hotel provides accommodation in double and family rooms with toilet, bathroom,
TV and internet.Parking in front of the facility is free of charge.
Boarding starts on Monday, September 9, 2024, with lunch and ends on Friday, September 13,
2024, with breakfast.
Board will be paid in cash at check-in.
In case of a later arrival or earlier departure from the conference,
please indicate this during registration.
Book of Abstracts
Abstracts of all presented contributions (only one page per
contribution) will be published in English in the printed Book of
Abstracts. Please send us your abstracts via
seminar webpage.
Presentation
The seminar will include lectures and short oral contributions. The time for presentation
is 30 minutes for lectures and 20 minutes for short contributions, including
time for discussion.
Language
Slovak, Czech, English. Those who wish to present a
contribution are asked to submit the contribution to the
Proceedings in English.
Author guidelines for preparing the paper
Public transport
You can take the train or bus to Štrba station and then continue by cogwheel train to Tatranský Lieskovec station. Alternatively, you can take the bus from Štrba station to Tatranská Štrba-sídlisko station, which is one stop away, or walk approximately 20 minutes towards Štrbské Pleso.
