Practical summary

The seminar will be held 4 - 8 September 2023 in Pavlov, Hotel Iris, Czechia If you intend to participate in the seminar, please, register as soon as possible by filling out the registration form. This essentially helps organizers to communicate with the participants and to prepare high-quality program. The conference budget is created only by conference fees, thus, all participants are kindly requested to pay the conference fee at their earliest convenience.

DMSRE participants (including full board):

Regular conference fee: 6600 CZK and Student conference fee: 6000 CZK (for students and PhD. students)
covers costs for Book of abstracts, publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, full board, banquet, refreshments (coffee breaks), social program and organization expenses.

DMSRE participants (excluding full board):

Regular conference fee: 4400 CZK and Student conference fee: 3800 CZK (for students and PhD. students)
covers costs for Book of abstracts, publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, refreshments (coffee breaks), banquet, social program and organization expenses.

DMSRE online video presentation:

Online conference fee: 4000 CZK covers costs for Book of abstracts (on-line available), publication of the paper after a successful review in the journal, and organization expenses.

DMSRE second contribution:

Conference fee for the second contribution: 2000 CZK covers costs for Book of abstracts and publication charge of the paper after a successful review in the journal.

DMSRE accompanying person:

Reduced conference fee: 3300 CZK covers full board and banquet.

The hotel provides accommodation in single and double rooms with toilet, bathroom, TV and wifi.

Abstracts of all presented contributions (only one page per contribution) will be published in english in the printed Book of Abstracts. Please, send us your abstracts via conference webpage. The time for keynote lecture is 35 minutes and for oral contributions 20 minutes, both including the time for discussion. English, Czech, Slovak. Those who wish to present a contribution are asked to submit the contribution to the Proceedings in English. Fellow Proceedings link.
